i’ve just come back from the Transkei (we went to Zithulele).A team of us went to do some building with the money that was raised from We Walk. It was such a good refreshing time of laughing, praying, crying, sickness, intimacy with God, building structures and making amazing friends.

One of my favourite moments of the trip was sitting with the host family eating mussles on the grass. Mama and Tata chatted away in xhosa, whilst the little ones scrambled for as many muscles as their podgy hands could hold. I didn’t understand a word they were saying but yet i felt so accepted and apart of their family. A piece of my heart definitely lies at Zithulele with this family and i pray that one day i will be able to return for a lengthier period.

Sheesh, God is great and i’ve been so blown away by his provision!
